Service and data synchronization is back to normal

Service upgrade has been completed successfully. ST-Ones may take up to 30min to synchronize their queue with the cloud

During this window, we will be performing updates on our data ingestion service as part of a planned migration to improve service reliability

Expected Impact:

Collected data might accumulate on ST-One devices while connections to the cloud are reestablished. This might happen multiple times in the maintenance window as services are migrated. Upon connection reestablishment data will synchronize again automatically. Data on dashboards might appear stale during this interval while ST-One devices and cloud are synchronizing .
