The database of our authentication system will go under maintenance for version upgrade. Between the maintenance window, some users can face interruptions on the usage of the Platform. We will work to keep the impact and minimum as possible.

The database resources have been successfully updated and are fully operational again.

Our main Datawarehouse will go under maintenance for a infrastructure change and resizing. Minor disturbance to the application can be feel during the maintenance window.

A mitigation was deployed to our Platform application. Requests can be a little slow to complete, but we will not have any errors on the application. We are trying to investigate the issue regarding the slowness of our Account.
